How do I apply visa for Hong Kong and Mainland China Issue ?

I am PR of Australia and still holding the Myanmar ( BURMA ) Passport , I want to visit Hong Kong and Mainland China so do I need to apply TWO visa for both or Can I have one Visa for both ? Please let me know before I apply it in Sydney , NSW , Australia . I do appreciate your help . Thanks a lot .
