About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

urgent visa requirment

my self and two other doctors are planning to visit china on 16/4/12. we will receive our visa notice on the 11/4/12. I was informed that your office is closed from 12th to 15th. we need to be in Beijing on Monday 16th for an urgent conference. if we produce all documents on 11/4/12 could you kindly help us to meet our dead line ?

Why not submit your application as early as possible? Even if you use the urgent visa application service, it will take 2 workings for the visa officers to process the visa for you. In other words, I don't think you can get the visa in time if you submit your application on 11th. I advise go to th evisa office on nect Monday on 9th to leave enough time to deal with emergency that may happen during the visa application.
