Dear sir, I have filled out the visa application form and I wonder if it shoud be directly submit to the reception office or first call your office and make an appointment for interview. I wlll be in Ciron for a UNESCO , WSA conference on April 26. About the application form, the bottom part , including duration stay, visa kind, passport no. and date should I fill in or leave it for the visa officer?
