Tourist VISA for Vietnamese girlfriend...

Hello, I'm an italian man which work in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City). In June I've plan to go to Shanghai for holidays. I want to know if to make the tourist VISA for my vietnamese girlfriend, there are some special documents to provide or if she need only passport and photo?
