About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Hong Kong And China Visit Visa

Hi I am regular importer from China, i have lot of business dealing with China and Hong Kong. I am planing to Visit my Hong kong Supplier and China supplier during this month! i already have the 02 letters issued to me by my 02 suppliers in China and HK. But those are scan and emailed copies. is it OK if i submit those with my company details to obtain the VISA??

The scan and emailed copies of invitation letter are not accepted to apply for Hong Kong visa and China visa. Please ask the 2 suppliers to provide the original invitation letter, China supplier also needs to get an official invitation letter from a government office, such as Bureau of Business and Economic Cooperation, Foreign Affairs Office
