non-visa entry to Hong Kong

I m a russian passport holder, so as far as i understood i can stay in HK without visa 14 days. But if i ll go to Macau and after ll be back to HK will the non-visa period of staying in HK (in my case 14 days) ll start again?

You are right that even if you exit Hk and go to Macau to stay for several hours, and then your re-entry to Hk will be regarded as a new entry and you can stay in Hk for another 14 days without visa.
