with hong kong visa, can use itenter mainland chinanot?

My friend have a Myanmar passport, and she is coming Hong Kong and China for holiday. She has a Hong Kong visa, but can she use that visa to enter China? Also if can't, can she apply for China visa in HKIA or Shenzhen customs?

She can't use the Hk visa to enter China mainland, since Hk SAR and mainland China have different immigration reagulations.  Shen can apply for a China visa in Hk from the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in HK SAR.
