About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

i am a 24 years old British citizen and have a ID card Do I have to claim for £6000 by 31st march?

As far as I know, the 6000 Scheme of Hk is only for HK permenant residents, citizens of other countries are not qualified to enjoy it.
