Canadian citizen applying for a 1 year multiple entry China visa in Bangkok, Thailand

I am a Canadian Citizen, living in Thailand. I do not have a work permit for Thailand but would like to make application for a 1 year multiple Chinese Visa. Our company is located in Beijing, China and I have a letter from them. Can you tell me if I can get this Visa in Bangkok, and how long it will take to get the Visa?

It is not easy for you to obtain a 1 year multiple entry China visa in Bangkok if you don't have a residence permit in Thailand, your company in Beijing should send you an official invitation letter issued by a duly authorzied unit, such as Foreign Affairs Office, which states that you need a 1 year multiple entry visa, if all requirements are provided, it takes 4 working days.
