can we apply voa at luohu? immigration office will open at april 4. 2012?

You can try to apply visa on arrival at Luohu port, the immigration office will open at April 4, 2012 even though it is Tomb-Sweeping Festival.0

dear Hartati, even you can get voa at Luohu it is recommended that you apply visa from China Consulate in Surabaya, salam0
