About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I am US citizen, transiting Manila with ticket to Guangzhou. Can I apply for China visa in Manila?

You'd better apply get the China visa ready before the trip, since some China Emabssy require applicants from a third country to provide residence permit for the visa application.
