IS IT EASY TO PROLONG A VISA F 3 months in SHANGHAI,?thank you for your answer

You can only apply for extension of duration in China, but you can't extend a visa.  If you are invited to China by a immediate family living in China, I think it's possible for you to apply for another duration of 30 days.
