About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

how to get visa to Afghans in Dubai

My friend is citizen of Afghanistan and how can he take visa from Dubai, and what he need to apply chinese visa?

He can just apply for a China visa from the China Consulate in Dubai, but he must have UAE resident visa valid for more than 6 months. The other documents depend on his travel purpose to China.
