How difficult is it to change my Chinese visa type?

Hello, I am currently taking a course to be a certified TESOL teacher, which means I will be qualified to teach English as a second language. I plan to come to Nanjing to teach proper pronunciation and tutor college age students. I already have a multi entry Chinese visa which expires in November, but it only allows me to stay up to 90 days at a time. Is it difficult for me to get another type of visa if I make a 1 year commitment at a college? Do you have any suggestion on this? Thanks so much for your time. I love your photos and information you provide, keep up the great work!!!!

If you sign a one-year work contract with the college, and the college is qualified to employ foreigners, I think you may apply for a China work visa again which will allows you stay in China until the end of your contract without any exit.

Yes as mary replied you the best is work but that your college must support you. As I am married to my chinese wife I got 1 year L visa but 3o days duration each stay so I changed to complete 6 months 1 entry without exit from the exit & entry department . But this is not easy because you need evidence and many other documents . SO in this way work is the best for you
