Can I enter China with a Greek passport and leave with a Canadian one?i have dual nationality

Could I enter China with a tourist visa issued on my Greek passport and when I get there and find a job could I get a working visa issued through my Canadian passport?The problem is that I can't use my Canadian passport right now because it is being renewed at the moment.Also,my Greek passport will expire within less than one and a half years so i won't be able to get a job with such a passport or get a working visa to work in Beijing.
