Red Panda, Wawu Shan or Laba He?

I would like to see the red panda in the wild. Wawu Shan and Laba He nature reserves are two good places to see them. Buth I read somewhere Wawu Shan will be closed for renovation, can anyone confirm this and what are the closing dates. Laba He is a good alternative to see the red panda, buth much more expensive! Where can I find the prices for Wawu Shan and Laba He nature reserves?
