Hello, I study at the university in Shanghai with government scholarship. My husband came with one month F visa, but want to stay here for more time. The university can provide the documents for the family L visa, but at the Exit&Entry bureau they won't help us as he holds the F visa. What are the possibilities for us? What to do if his visa expires in two weeks?Thank you!

I think it's hard for your husband to apply for a China L visa in mainland China. He can go to Hk to apply for the visa.

I think it's hard for your husband to apply for a China L visa in mainland China. He can go to Hk to apply for the visa.
