What is the reference number of my visa application?

I am RAQUEL V. MARTINEZ, a Filipino Citizen, I am applying for a visa in order to work as Personal Carer of Maria Rizzo, a Maltese Citizen in Malta. I already send my Passport, Application for Visa and other related documents to the Embassy of Malta in Beijing, I also send my payment through bank transfer...May I ask the embassy about the status of my Visa and its reference number...
