exit visa

Question

hi good evening i would like to ask if i could possibly get an exit visa without paying 5000 rmb for an overstaying f-visa.I'm a filipino living in linyi,shandong.I want to ask someone who has a connection with the local police in linyi city to get an exit visa for me to be able to go back to the Philippines without any trouble with the immigration. To be frank, nobody can help you about this. It all depends on the entry and exit office under the local public security bureau who has the last say to your issue. You'd better go there to go through the relevant formalities as soon as possible, since the longer you overstay, the worse the situation will become.
