Visa Extension in Hainan

I am a Singaporean visiting relative in Hainan Island for 15 days.
Can I get my Visa extended after going to Hong Kong?
Will another 15 days be granted?

yes, you can get another 15 days duration of stay after you going to Hongkong. Hong Kong and Mainland China apply different exit & enter controls. Singapore passport holders are exempt from a visa to Mainland China for up to 15 days per entry, after you return to Hainan Island from Hong Kong, it is a new entry. You will get a 15 days duration of stay.
