Dear Sir/Madam, I am an Afghan ordinary passport holder and would like to participate HKTDC International ICT Expo 2012 exhibition on April 13 to 16, 2012, please let me know how many days before exhibition starts i should apply for visa to have my visa on time regards,Nasim

You can apply for HongKong visa now, it takes 4 weeks for processing if your Hong Kong visa application needs the approval from Hong Kong Immigration Department. A single entry Hong Kong visit visa is valid for 3 months, you don't need to worry about the expiration of visa if you apply now.
