Verification of documents regarding Z visa

Hi, I will be applying for Z visa by going back to Pakistan and following are the documents which i have already:

1. Original invitation or confirmation letter
2. Registration Certificate of Foreign Enterprises Permanent Office in China/Alien Employment License of the P. R. China/Working Permit by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, China;
3. Physical Examination Record for Foreigner
4. Employment Contract ( Thats the offer letter)
5. Your Employer's Company Registration Certificate in China (copy)
6. 2 copies
7. Passport

other than that there will be the chinese embassy form which i have to fill.

Anything else? as in requirements
