About:Chinese Embassy in Germany

business visa or tourist visa ???

I am German citizen applying for a business visa for China. If I want to combine this business trip with a tourist trip do I need to apply additionally for a tourist visa ???

You don't need an additional tourist visa, you can use a business visa to enter China for the purpose of business and tourism.
