any one has contact detail for LuoHu Port Authority?

We hold Australia passport and would like to know if it can be accepted for Visa on Arrival for a short stay in ShenZhen for x5 days.

Anyone knows the details how it work? Or please recommend the port authority contact details? I wish to get some confirmation from them before arrival. Many thanks!
