can we apply for china visa through online in malaysia?

can we apply thru online? if yes, which website? Or can we download & print the form by ourselves then after fully-filled then we go for submission? if yes, which website that i can download the form? should i submit application on 15/3/12 or 16/3/12 if i wish to collect the visa on 21/3/12. kindly adviced. TQ

Please fill out and print your visa application form online https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/visa-application.pdf, the Application Form must be fully completed on a computer and clearly printed out except that the signature should be hand written. Altered forms or hand written forms will not be accepted.You can submit application on March 15, 2012 or March 16, 2012 if you want to collect visa on March 21, 2012, it takes 4 working days for processing.
