I am faraz from pakistan Held kashmir

i have done M.Phil in plant sciences and want to avail chinease Governament scholership , as iam unable afford my doctoral in pakistan. sir kindly guide me about pnline application process as CSC application login is not processing smoothly. can i have a meeting with chinease officials in pakistan (in embassy) in this regard?

Yes, you may go the China Embassy in pakistan to consult the officers there.
