About:Chinese Embassy in Italy
I have an Italian passport and would like to go to Hong Kong for 4 days holiday. Do I need a visa?

You don't need a visa to HongKong for 4 days holiday. Italy passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 90 days.
