About:China Transit Visa

Thai passport holder -transit visa required

Hi, If I have a Thai passaport, and am travelling to New Zealand via Guangzhou airport (and have a visa for NZ), would I need a visa for China please? Cheapest flights seem to go that way! Can I get a multiple entry visa when I come back the other way? Any help would be great! Thanks :-)

How long will you stop at Guangzhou airport? Will you walk out of the airport?

You don't need a China transit visa if the stopover at Guangzhou airport is less than 24 hours, please show your flight tickets and the valid New Zealand Visa when you arrive in the Guangzhou airport. If you want to leave the airport during the layover, please apply for 24 hours stay permit.
