When will Chinese Consulate comes to Seattle in 2012?

i nees to renew my passport . are they coming to Seattle this year??

I think only the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China can give you exact answer. Why not renew your passport at Embassy of China in Washington, D.C.? You are under its consular jurisdiction.
