Applying Hong Kong tourist visa in Bangkok

I'm a Myanmar Citizens and I've been Hong Kong two times. Since I did not have enough time this time to apply Hong Kong visa in my home country where as I have to attend the workshop in Bangkok, I just applied Thai visa. I have already bought round-trip ticket and received the invitation letter to attend meeting in Hong Kong. So could I apply Hong Kong visa in Bangkok?
