Travelling in China - Double room booking confirmation and visa

My g/f and I are coming from the UK to China for 2 1/2 weeks. On the Tourist Visa form we are each required to provide details of where we will be staying, however as my g/f has booked the first hostel room for both of us only her name is shown on the paperwork. Will the fact that our flights are booked together be enough to show that we will be staying in the same places, or does something else need to be provided to show that we both have accommodation booked? If something else is needed, can you please advise what would be best?
