What type of Chinese Visa do I need?

I'm here in the Philippines, unemployed. An employer from Guangzhou interviewed me over the phone but then they wanted me to visit their office in Guangzhou for the final interview. Shall I apply for Visa F? As a first timer, do I really need to comply all those documents stated in item 7. (b)? Thanks a lot.
