I have already taken a medical exam here in China, do I still need to take another exam in Manila?

Hello.
Good evening. I've been in China for over 4 years living with my boyfriend and currently holding a year tourist visa which I got from an agency in Hong Kong. In December last year a school hired me as an English teacher and is now processing my working visa. I just got my working permit last week and still waiting for the working invitation letter. I was told that after I get all these papers (working contract, working permit for foreigners, medical exam and invitation letter) I need to go back to the Philippines to apply for the Z visa. My question is that, I have already taken a medical exam here in China, do I still need to take another medical exam in Manila? And please correct me if I'm wrong about the documents that I need to provide. As of now I all have the first 3 documents and I'm still waiting for the last one on the list.

1. Working permit for foreigners from Foreign Experts Affairs
2. Working contract
3. Medical exam
4. Invitation letter
