ive met girl on net and she lives in guangdong, she telling me that cost of visa/passport is 3500cny, she says that she has to go to bejing to get them and the cost of travel is 1200cny, as they are not available to her in guangdong,is this true, she is using a travel agency to get them for her as this is easier for her.  can she get them in guangdong quite easily?
