UAE pasport holders are free of visa to Hk for 30 days, so you just have to apply for a visa to mainland China. The China visa can be applied from the China consulate in Dubai with the documents below:
1. Original passport with blank visa pages and validity of more than 6 months;
2. A completely and neatly filled visa application form signed by the applicant;
3. One passport photo;
4. A No-objection letter from your company stating your monthly or yearly salary;
5. Round-trip air tickets.
