About:Embassy of Lebanon in China

Should I pay for the transfer fee because am not Lebanese citizen?

Dear sir
i have money suppose it will be wire to my account in Lebanon but of the HSBC bank employee said the Lebanese embassy in Honk Kong want transfer fee because am not Lebanese citizen . i want to know if this is true because i do not trust him & if you have embassy in Honk Kong.

You should pay transfer fee to the bank, but not to the embassy. At the same time, there is no Lebanese embassy in Honk Kong.
