vacation with my family and my father in law mother in law > All Iranians, do i need to apply personaly for all visa's or i can send my passport by courier to my friend in dubai to apply all visas on my behalf ? HajiMohd. Dubai.

you may entrust your friend to submit the visa application on your behalf, but China Embassy in UAE  usually require applicants to be present in the visa office for an interview. Thus, you may still have to go to the Embassy in person.
