About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

I am a permanent resident of Canada living and working in Winnipeg. How can I apply for visa?

I am an Iranian Citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, living and working as a dentist in Winnipeg. I want to visit my uncle (an American and Iranian Citizen) working in the Apple Company in Shanghai for 10 days. How can I apply for a Visa to P.R.C? Would it be possible for me to apply through a travel agency here in Winnipeg? What documents should I provide?
Thank you very much for your consideration.

You may just apply for a China tourist visa from the CVASC at Toronto with the following documents:
1. Your original Iranian passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity;
2. Your residence permit or work permit in Canada;
3. A completely filled visa application form V2011A with a recently-taken colorful passport photo (48mm*33mm) stuck on it;
4. Two-way air tickets
You may either submit your visa application to the Center in person or entrusts someone or a travel agency on your behalf, but do book in advance via the Center's website for submission.
