You may either apply for the Hk visa from the nearest Chinese diplomatic and consular mission in your place of domicile or post your application to the immigration office of HK whose address are Receipt and Despatch Unit, Hong Kong Immigration Department 2/F, Immigration Tower 7 Gloucester Road Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
The documents to be submitted are:
1. application form ID 1003A filled by yourself and application form ID 1003B filled by the inviter. The forms can also be downloaded from the Immigration Department's website at www.immd.gov.hk.
2. your recent photo affixed on page 1 of the application form ID 1003A;
3. photocopy of your travel document containing personal particulars, date of issue, date of expiry and/or details of any re-entry visa held (if applicable)
4. photcopy of financial standing, such as bank statements, savings accounts passbooks;
5. photocopy of Round-trip ticket;
6. photocopy of the invitation letter.
