What type of visa I will get?

I have been approved by the human resources department of HuBei province China and enrolled to be a postdoctor of the Post-doctoral Station of Plant Protection in Huazhong Agricultural University, and the ratified period is about 2-3years. Please let me know what type of visa I will get and which documents will be needed for visa application? I came to know that admission notice and JW202 form will require for visa application. Please inform me exactly which documents will require for visa application.
