About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

I need a visa to go to china, we are flying to the Philippines on July 2012, can I get the visa here

Will it be valid if we are flying from the Philippines to China if we get the visa from here.

Why don't you apply for China visa in USA? If you won't stay in the Philippines for 3 months, please apply for China visa in USA, a single entry China visa is valid for 3 months, if you obtain a visa in USA, then stay in the Philippines for about 3 months, the visa will be void when you go to China from the Philippines.
