Your family can apply for a L visa for family visit or Z visa as dependent. If you want your family to accompany you till the end of the contract, they need to apply for Z visa as dependent, if the family just visit you for a short time, 30 days or 60 days, a L visa is ok.

The requirements documents are
1. proof of kinship, e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc
2. a copy of your Z-visa as well as Residence Permit
3. their passports
4. visa application form V.2011A
5. one passport photo per applicant
6. apply for L visa, the round-trip flight tickets are required.
