About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

i have a working visa - residence permit for foreigner in PRC

i am visiting India, Nepal and Bhutan. can i enter China through these countries border?

Yes, you can enter China through the border of India, Nepal or Bhutan because you hold a residence permit for foreigners in PRC
