should i get F VISA?

Hi! Company I work for has a subsidiary in China. They want to send me there for about half a year. They do not intend me to sign a new contract in China but keep me contracted overseas. So I will be employed and paid overseas but stay in China, please, what kind of visa do I need to apply for? Thank you very much.
