China f visa application?

sir me and my friend came here in delhi to apply for f visa, we are both staff members of a pvt tourist company in bhutan, we are invited by a tourist company from china since the two companies have been working together for the last four years. we have the invitation letter, the covering letter,air ticket to china
the fro tickets not there since our agent will arrange it when we come back. the application is submitted and asked to come on 12 feb our air tickets on 21 feb can we obtain our visa in time.

For applying a China F business visa, you have to provide the following documents:
1. Your passport valid for at least six months with at least 2 blank visa pages;
2. authentically filled visa application form attached with recent passport size photo;
3. One Passport photocopy;
4. invitation letter from the China Company and Confirmation Letter of Invitation from a duly authorized Unit in China;
5. name list of the invited on another separate paper with seal of the duly authorized unit;
6. Covering letter from applicant's company or employer addressed to the visa office.
Hope you submit all of the above documents mentioned. Then you are possibly to get the visa in 4 working days, in other words, you can get yoru visa before the trip.

By the way, I hear that now ordinary passport holders should apply for the China visa through the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre now, and China Emabssy in New Delhi doesn't accept the visa application from ordinary pasport holders now. You'd better confirm this.
