You can apply for a dependent visa (Z visa) as your husband's accompanying family members.

The required documents are:
1. your original passport valid for at least 15 months and has at least 2 blank visa pages
2. completed visa application form V.2011A and V.2011B
3. a recently-taken passport photo
4. Invitation Letter by Duly Authorized Unit in China (original) proving your status as dependent.
5. Marriage license (original and copy)
6. the photocopy of your husband's passport, work permit and residence permit.
