the currency to pay for tourist visa application in Melbourne

Hi,
I'm a Malaysian, currently living in Melbourne as a permanent resident. What currency do I pay for tourist visa application to China and administrative fees. Is it in Malaysian or Australian currency?
Can I apply in Melbourne?

You need to pay for tourist visa application in Australian currency. You can apply visa at Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Melbourne, the total for you to pay is AU$ 88.5
