About:Chinese Embassy in Czech Republic

seaman's visa type C

I'm Russian seaman with long residence permit for Czech Republic and at the moment I'm in Prague. How I can get type C visa to join vessel in China. What documents necessary and if it possible at all.

You can apply for Crew Visa (C visa) at China embassy in Prague, please submit the application in person, if you can't come to the embassy in person, you can ask someone else to do it for you. The requirements:
1. Your origina Russian passport
2. complete visa application form V.2011A and visa application form V.2011B
3. a recently-taken colorful passport photo
4. long residence permit for Czech Republic (original and copy)
5. Related certificate(s) as provided for in the bilateral agreement or as required by the Chinese side, such as a departure clearance or an official letter issued by your companies or corporations stating that you apply for a crew visa.
