Am I Too Young to teach English in Beijing?

Hallo, I am a 22-year old South African and I want to teach English in Beijing, however I've been told I'm too young. Is this true? Indeed so, how would I go about obtaining a visa to teach in China?

I think it doesn't matter too much that you are 22 years old. If you plan to teach in China, you should apply for an offer from a Chinese school first, but the school must be qualified to employ foreigners. They your employer may provide you the Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" and Work Permit applied from the local Chinese Foreign Experts Bureau to help you to get the China Work visa.
