It is very hard to get a Chinese passport for you. the requirements for first-time applicants who were born in the Philippines:1. complete Chinese passport application form 2. three passport photos 3. ACR and ICR (Photocopy and original)4. origial birth certificate issed by philippines NSO 5. parents' passports or Philippines residence permit (the original and photocopy)6. the marriage license of parents 7. the degree of you8. if one parent is Filipino, the parent should write the give-up Phlippines nationality declaration Now, you are 66 years, you can submit the documents 5,6,7,8

Thank you Ryan for answering my inquiry. I am just wondering about what "degree of you"means. Also, my parents passed away many years ago, and I cannot locate any of their documents like passport or marriage certificate, but I have their death certificates. Can this already be considered? Thanks again.

the degree means the school certificate, if you gratuated from a high school, you have a high school degree. You can provide the death certificate of your parents to submit them. Please go to the embassy in person to submit the application, the chance for you to get a Chinese passport is slim.
